A social sim set in a world of monsters and cryptids.
• Created and maintained a flexible long-range schedule with milestones for check-ins and pivots.

• Built an environment of continuous improvement via retrospectives, research, and experiments.

• Negotiated with angel investors for initial project funding, sent pitches to publishers later on.

• Provided updates on status, risks, opportunities, and current strategies to all stakeholders.

• Coached the team on developing a hybrid approach that best suited the needs of the project.

• Mentored the team on making tough decisions in regard to scope in order to stay on schedule.

• Nurtured a company culture of collaboration and positivity in a remote work environment.

A couch co-op choose-your-own-adventure game.
• Initiated this project as part of a strategy for earning more studio funding for North of Nowhere.

​• Partnered with the designer, wrote design tool documentation, and provided training for plugin usage.

• Facilitated meetings between designer and artists, guided their discussions with a shared vision.

• Researched, procured, and implemented plugins for the project to accelerate its schedule.

A sci-fi time-looping horror game set on a lunar base.
• ​Integrated remote work practices and organized the conversion from in-person to work-from-home.

​• Lead Marketing and Publishing, launched with over 35k units in first week, and over 270k to date.

• Oversaw the User Research team during QA push, coordinated playtesting and documentation.

• Maintained Jira and facilitated daily standups to monitor day-to-day tasking and stay on schedule.

• Managed Confluence in order to communicate goals, design initiatives, and agreed upon standards.

An aesthetic explorative game set in an abstract world.
• Drove completion of goals via shared vision, face to face interaction, and roadblock discovery/removal.

​• Facilitated meetings, developed objectives, and ensured communication was fluid across teams.

• Gathered user requirements and assisted engineers in crafting and documenting friendly engine tools.

• Motivated the team with small gestures, group activities, and by growing a positive work environment.
